Highly recommend these guys! My car broke down near Rockwood Pond and wouldn’t start at all. I contacted them on Monday, and the next morning at 8 AM, a tow truck came to pick up my car and brought it to their shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and found that the starter had failed. They called me, explained everything, ordered the part right away, and within a day my car was repaired and ready to go. Everyone was friendly, honest, easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They really helped me out when I was stuck far from home. Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

KG Automotive Solutions was an unexpected surprise in a small NH town. Making the appointment was done easily online and followed up with phone call to get details of the service I was in need of. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, professional and helpful advisors at the front desk. They confirmed what needed to be done and gave me an estimate on time and cost for my Mercedes Sprinter. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I received one of the most detailed worksheets I've ever received from a repair facility that included pages of pictures and every step of what was inspected, diagnosed and fixed. After paying the very reasonable price for the work performed and getting back to my vehicle, I was surprised with passenger area that was cleaner than when I brought it there! I also need to mention how clean the facility and waiting area is....spotless! Brent was my Service Technician and Keely was the Quality Control Technician so kudos to then and everyone at KG....this place is awesome!

We had an issue with our truck and Ryan took it in right away to evaluate it, it was fixed the following day. Then we had another car a couple of days later have an issue. Again he took it in right away. The response of this shop is tremendous and the work is amazing.

Great experience start to finish. Got me in quickly for an alignment quickly and had great attention to detail addressing all my concerns. Ryan took the time to explain everything and took the time to make sure the job was done properly. Much appreciated and highly recommend

Excellent place to have your vehicle serviced. They are friendly and detailed oriented. The work they did was done correctly and they provide a comfortable place to wait for your car. No need to go anywhere else to service your car.

From start to finish this garage is top notch. Clean inside.the manager was on top of things. Would call to let me know how things are going. My truck was cleaned on the inside cab after the service, which I know because I had not vacuum inside for a year. Thank you for a great experience.
